250 total RV sites on Lake Champlain, can accommodate RVs up to 45ft, 30/50 amp service, full hookups, pull-through sites, big rig friendly. Resort offers dump station, 9-hole golf course, marina, boating, boat launch, canoeing, boat rentals, general store, ice, heated swimming pool and hot tub, community center, fire rings, fitness center, laundry and shower facilities, playground, recycling, phone, wireless internet and planned activities. Located 15 miles from Burlington.

Open May 1 through October 20. P.A. discount is valid for two nights and limited to two nights per month. P.A. discount is not valid during holidays, rallies, special events or with any other discounts. Deposits are non-refundable and there is no refund for early departure. Credit cards accepted. Pet restrictions apply. *Rates are subject to 6% tax and are subject to change. Rates are based on 4 person occupancy, fees apply to additional guests. Rates: Water/Electric Sites: $49.00 – $55.00, P.A.: $24.50 – $27.50. Lakeview W/E Sites: $53.00 – $59.00, P.A.: $26.50 – $29.50. Full Hookup Sites: $59.00 – $65.00, P.A.: $29.50 – $32.50.
Apple Island Resort Directions
From southern New England: Take I-89 to Exit 17 and follow US Route 2 to the west end of the Sandbar Beach Causeway. From New York State: Take I-87 to Exit 39 and follow the signs for the ferry to Vermont. Once off of the ferry, follow SR 314 to US Route 2 and turn right to the campground. From Canada: Connect with either I-87 in New York State or I-89 in Vermont.
